Before you know it, you will spend 3 years writing a GUI windowing system so that your users can jump through hoops just to do a simple 'hello world' one-liner in a few hundred lines of C! Model 4001C64. Personally I think a Forth-like environment is better then these OS things that just sit there eating up memory and cycles.
